I used to be a lot more into yoga, and I remember sleeping better back then :-P My problem is that when I work, I also get up at 5:30-6 in the morning...and I still can't fall asleep until 1am! Maybe try doing something relaxing like a hot bath or yoga before bed?<BR/><BR/>I can't relate too much because I'm more of a morning person and am always EXHAUSTED by 10:30-11 every night.
